Next stop on my garden tours was the giant flower of Buenos Aires.
It is a massive public sculpture in a big open park. It stands very tall and is completely surrounded by a massive water pond. The sculpture is made from Stainless steel and is motorised so it can open and shut like a real flower.
I only got to see it open as it closes at night and re-opens first thing in the morning when the sun comes up.
